Daily Northeast Broiler/Fryer Parts as of 11:30
Prices are trending steady to firm for most items. Trucklot buying activity
is light to moderate approaching the weekend as wintry weather continues to
raise havoc in production areas causing major disruptions in processing and
transportation schedules and as it moves into parts of the Northeast.
Offerings of wings are balanced and moving well; boneless skinless breasts,
tenders and dark meat items are light to moderate with jumbo sized boneless
skinless breasts in the better position. Market activity is moderate.
